William “Bill” Knox, 70 years old, of Hendersonville, TN entered the kingdom of Heaven on Jan 31, 2025. He was born on June 23, 1954, in Nashville, TN to Carlton and Juanita Knox.
He is preceded in death by parents, Carlton Knox and Jaunita Knox, sister, Carol Hoff
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 48 years, Gina Knox, sons Scott (Chandler) Knox, Chandler (Laura) Knox, brother Milton (Judy) Knox, and grandchildren Abby, Aubrey, Maddie, Lily, Maddox and Brooklyn.
Bill retired from working as a pipefitter by trade from Ford Motor Company. Bill developed many long-lasting friendships as he worked alongside the team at the Nashville Glass Plant.
Bill was a member of Long Hollow Baptist Church for 39 years where he was a part of many ministries including “Fight Club” and his discipleship group. He will be remembered for his passion for the Lord, support of his family, and emulating The Golden Rule -- loving his neighbor as himself.
In his free time, he enjoyed nothing more than supporting his grandchildren from the sidelines of a ball game or in the audience at a school performance. His presence will be visible and dearly missed by all that knew and loved him.
A visitation will be held on Feb 4th at Long Hollow Church from 2-7 pm. A celebration of life will be held on Feb 5th at 12 pm at Spring Hill Funeral home with a brief visitation starting at 10 am. Family and friends are welcome to attend and pay their respects.
