Mr. William Mastin Pegram's Obituary
Mr. William “Billy” M. Pegram, age 82, passed away January 29, 2016. He was born September 13, 1933 in Ashland City to the late Alvin Hamilton and Lula Watson Pegram. Preceded in death by his parents; brother Alvin Pegram; sister Mary Lou Hallums and loving wife Anne Felts Pegram. He is survived by his sister Janice Tuberville; sister-in-law Barbara Lutterall; nieces and nephews Genese (Phillip) Wilson, Jamie (Gary) Merritts; Elaine (DeWitt) Booth, Kevin (Rhonda) Ellis; great nieces and nephews Amanda (Ryan) Smith, Patrick Lancaster, Jenny (Rodney) Lockerman, Suzy Wilson, April Merritts, Ryan Ellis, Zack Ellis, Stephanie Petty, Jessica (Andy) Molton, Michael Boyd and numerous great-great nieces and nephews.
Billy served his country in the US Army. He worked and retired after many years as the superintendent of Polar Cold Storage.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Tuesday, February 2, 2016, 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home with DeWitt Booth officiating. Entombment will follow in the Serenity Chapel Mausoleum.
