Barbara and Phil were our wonderful neighbors for 34 years. I am so sorry we missed knowing about Barbara’s passing. I am so thankful having had Phil and Barbara in our family’s life. They were such a blessing. Even after Phil’s death, Barbara was faithful to check on us and we her. Sadly, we lost track of how to contact her over the past couple years.
