So saddened to read of Barbara's passing. I, too, remember Barbara from Forest City Elementary School and Cool Springs High School. She was a lovely young lady with so much talent. We were all so proud when she had the opportunity to realize her dream to go to Nashville to sing professionally. I know, Linda and D'Etta, that you still miss her very much. Thoughts & prayers.
You have not met us… your Barbara’s cousins on her mom’s, Ruth’s side of the family. We thought Barbara was beautiful and talented.. ..the stuff!! How proud we were of her!! We loved when she came to see our parents-her Aunt Martha and Uncle Falls! She will always have a special spot in our stories and memories.
