My parents, Soapy and Juanita Frech were good church friends of John and Betty. They were in Sunday School together and a group of around 5 or 6 couples from that class would gather regularly at each others homes for dinner and fellowship. A couple of times during these dinners I was invited to go over to the Plummers and stay with their son Johnny. Betty and John were fine folks and raised a wonderful family.
Craig and Alan, I just found out today (Oct 28) about your mothers passing and I extend my sympathy -- your mom lived a good, long, Christian life!
Eastwood annually celebrates "All Saints Sunday" the first Sunday of November -- so this Sunday, Nov 2 we will recognize & celebrate the life of your mother and other ECC members who have passed on over the past 12 months. You all take care and I hope all are well.
