In Loving Memory of David Earl Gibson
(James 4:14 Yet you do not know what your life will be like tomorrow. You are just a vapor that appears for a little while and then vanishes away.)
Dave never had anything handed to him on a silver platter; he was truly one of the most hard working and respectable men that we were blessed to know
There was something special about David’s genuine warm smile that just drew people to him
David had a very compassionate heart; he would offer his coat to someone who needed it, offer a room in his home for someone who needed a place to stay, always willing to help those in need
David was an amazing and proud man who loved his family beyond measure. He took the time to be an incredible example of what a strong wonderful man and father should be. The moments he shared with his grandchildren and great- grandchildren was a priceless treasure to him
Barb was the love of his life! The way his adored blue eyes looked at Barb after all these years was a true testament of the infinite love and devotion they both shared with each other.
The light in our lives definitely got a lot dimmer with the passing of David.
God had gifted us David for a short time and during his seventy-four years he had touched so many lives through his kindness and just the amazing man he was.
His sweet enduring legacy will continue to live on in our hearts and especially through his beloved grandchildren and everyone who knew him
David had such a beautiful and caring spirit that he displayed through a smile or a hug that the depth of love he had in his heart and life will never be forgotten
