Maureen (Margotta) Rancourt
I will always remember my brother and the fun we had growing up together. He was my little brother who I took care of and I would tell him right from wrong. That is, until he grew up and towered over me. It was then when the roles changed and he was looking out for me. Living so far apart during our adult years, was hard for both of us. There are so many memories that will forever be a part of my life. Our long conversations and how he was always right, his smile, his laugh, and his big bear hugs when he saw me.
Greg had a very big heart. I was reminded of this when I spoke to his many friends and coworkers in Nashville last week. I will cherish all of their stories about him. He touched so many lives through the many charities that he sponsored and through his generous spirit and kind demeanor to everyone he met. He had an infectious personality that drew people to him. He was always the life of the party and always had a story or two to share. He was a wonderful father to Justin and Jessie. He lived for his children and loved them very much. Spending time with his family was so important to him. He was a great uncle to my daughters Jennifer and Melissa and brother in law to David.
My brother Greg gave me, my mom and dad, and our family a lot to remember, to laugh about, to be grateful for and to love. I will love and miss him always and he will live on in my heart forever.
I love you Greg.
Your Loving Sister, Maureen
