James Collins' Obituary
COLLINS, James; Age 83 of Nashville, TN passed away October 2, 2010. He was born in Nashville on April 30, 1927 to the late Edmond and Annie Collins. James was a veteran of WWII and the Korean War where he served in the United States Marines. He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Jean Holt Collins; children, Steve Collins, Eddie Collins and Jeff Stone; brother, Billy Collins; sister, Charlene Corley; 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Mr. Collins was preceded in death by, and in addition to his parents, a son, Terry Collins. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, October 6, 2010 at 1PM in the chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
