Joe was one of my favorite people from Connell! He was always so kind and usually had a new joke every time you saw him. I had no clue he was from Jackson County! I work there now as a Correctional Officer! I'll be sure to tell the folks in Gainesboro that Joe said hello! Praying for the family!
