I will Miss my Aunt Kathy! I have many Great memories of dinners at Papa Dixon’s, and the last few years, when we met in Morehead to eat With our Dixon Family! I will see you again Kathy, in Heaven! Kathy was so good to the church staff, treating us like royalty, and brightening our days with a good laugh, praying for us as we struggled and planned, and sharing encouragement. I will forever remember Bob & Kathy taking us for dinner on our first day in Clarksville with Talmadge & Janelle and Barney & Joyce. Trying to find presentable clothes and shoes in the mountains of boxes was no small feat but Kathy helped us relax. Our first trip to the TN District campgrounds and then to Old Steve's Barbecue certainly made our transition peaceful. Kathy will certainly be missed. Bob, you and all the family are dear to us and are in our prayers.
Kathy and Bob Dixon were special friends from our SS Class. When Bob and I were to be married, Bob was a groomsman and Kathy was right beside him. We have enjoyed frosties together many times while she was in rehab, Kathy got us all going to Prime Timers together, sharing in many planned SS activities together....she kept us in line as a class!! Kathy was a detail person. If she planned an event, we all knew that it would run smoothly....I am afraid that the last Christmas party that she planned was what overdid her and started her on this last downward trail. Kathy, we loved you. We rejoice in your promotion home to be with your Lord and Savior!
Kathy was a real treasure! Her talents, smiles and friendship will be missed.

Kathy was a great Christian lady and friend. She was a good cook, and she shared some of her recipes with me. She was a prayer warrior, organizer, and great teacher. Our loss is heaven's gain. Prayers for all the family.♥️
Kathy was a wonderful friend and a teaching buddy when we lived in Nashville. Our boys were good friends and we so enjoyed getting together when we returned for visits after moving to Dallas. It was always the same...talk about public education, about our kids, and laughter galore. She was good to my parents as life faded away for them. Actually, she was good to everybody. Kathy was a very special friend to Steve and I, we especially enjoyed the times we traveled to the mountains. Our last trip was this past November. Kathy was always an encourager and positive person. Our son Adam said, "Kathy was always someone you looked forward to seeing and enjoyed being around." Trevecca Community Church's Agape Sunday School class benefited from her leadership for over ten years. We will miss her and look forward to a day of reuniting.

I was pretty old when I figured out Aunt Kathy wasn’t really my aunt 😊 Sometimes family friends get to use those names anyway. I will always remember her joyful, vivacious spirit. Love to Patrick, Wayne, and Bob.
