G Morris
I remember traveling on her bus with her and her band I was in the studio when she Recorded Your Pretty Roses Came Too Late. I stayed at her home with her mom and Don and usually a few members of her band. We got snowed in in Conn and they had to drive the bus to Noston for me to catch a plane back to Raleigh and then on to Hendersonville. I got prepared for Christmas for us because they returned on night before Christmas Eve. She was not only a beautiful singer but Lady too. I lost contact after a few years but I still have the prom forty five and the black and white of the record cover. Today there is no female artist any better than the late Lois Jojnson. She had a sweet mother as well. She was a devout Mormon. Rest my friend and I hope we meet again. Your pretty roses didn’t come too late
