Mrs. Evelyn was the sweetest lady and all who knew her loved her. I was in the card group that met on Thursdays. She was a person that you could talk to and love. She was such an active person, full of energy, love and compassion and will surely be missed by all who loved her.

I still have many happy memories of her when all of our families shared Christmas at her home as we were growing up. I still have her recipe for the coconut cake with the 7 minute icing that she would make at Christmas. She seemed to always be busy taking care of family or work. She was a sweet and loving lady and continued to call and talk with Daddy at the holidays. We love all of you and are keeping you in our prayers.
