Mrs. Mildred Louise Boner Miller's Obituary
Mildred Louise Boner Miller, 99, of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2022. Born July 10, 1923 in Watertown, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Willie Britton Hastings and Lola Fite Hastings.
Louise was a woman of strong Christian faith. In her 99 years she attended many churches in the Nashville area volunteering her time and her wonderful cooking abilities. She attended Parkway Baptist, Dalewood Baptist, Glenwood Baptist, Lakewood Baptist and Two Rivers Baptist Churches. Louise lived to care for others and loved feeding her neighbors. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her great grandson Kevin Leroy Duke, Jr.; husbands James Leroy Boner and Robert Helton Miller; sisters Christine Layne, Irene Eli, and Elizabeth Babin; son-in-law John L. Feuerbacher.
She is survived by her daughters Wanda Feuerbacher and Kaye (Curtis) Stewart; son Morris (Deborah) Boner; grandchildren Kevin Leroy (Mary) Duke, Sr., Heather R. (Chris) Thorpe, Reischa D. (Jay) Harrell, Brittany L. (Micah) Proctor, Curtis Taylor (Abby) Stewart, and Tad H. (Sara) Stewart; great grandchildren Mallaurie (Logan) Donahue, Destiny Thorpe, Alissa R. Harrell, Audrey E. Goodloe, Grayson T. Stewart, Tate M. Proctor, Miller M. Stewart, Samuel Britton Stewart and Cooper Proctor; and great-great grandchild Josie F. Donahue.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 4, 2022 at Spring Hill Funeral Home in Nashville from 4 pm until 8 pm. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service officiated by Ken Castleberry will take place on Friday, August 5, 2022 at 12 PM noon. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery in Nashville. Pallbearers will be Kevin L. Duke, Sr., Jay Harrell, Logan Donahue, Curtis Taylor Stewart, Tad H. Stewart and Micah Proctor.
