If everyone could have the temperate that Nancy had, the world would be a better place. Nancy was a true lady. Beautiful yet smart. I too was a member of the GFWC Stones River Woman’s Club and served a term as president. If it had not been for Nancy and her knowledge I don’t think I would have made it through that first year. I’ll never forget her kindness, her beautiful blue eyes and gorgeous blond, bouffant hair. Her smile will forever be a cherished memory. Jane Bryan

Nancy was a beautiful person. We knew each other from Donelson High School and Andrew Price Church. Always enjoyed talking with her when we ran into each other while out shopping or at the store. It has been a good while since I had seen her. So sorry to hear this. Rest in Peace!

in honor of Nancy.

I had the very good fortune to teach with Nancy my first year at Warner school. We taught in the joint 3rd grade double class room. Due to Nancy's calm quiet demeanor we survived the experiment.. We revisited that year many times when we get together at the annual Warner school teachers luncheon She was truly a sweetheart.
You will be missed Nancy.

Sweet is how I would describe my friend, Nancy Snapp. She always asked about my family and she knew I was a friend of her sister, Betty.
I think she always encouraged others with her gentle, quiet spirit. I’m sure she was an amazing teacher because she was a wonderful asset to the Stones River Woman’s Club. I will never forget her and I’m sending all my love to her family she loved so much!

I have never known anyone as happy, positive and loving as Nancy. She was the perfect example of what a person should be. She was a comfort to be around. I, too, was a member and past president of the GFWC Stones River woman’s Club. Without her vast knowledge and help I don’t think I would have made it through that first year. I taught at Warner with Nancy for 20 years. She was an outstanding teacher. She loved her students and worked hard to provide each student a successful year. I always admired how she handled her students with patience, positive comments and a quiet voice. She was missed when she retired.
