My heart is heavy hearing this news. You were an amazing person. I have wonderful memories of you from when I was a teen right up to the birth of my 3rd daughter. I remember when you watched Lexi when she was a baby just starting to crawel. You had tied a string to your wrist and the other end to her tiny ankle so when you 2 took your nap if she woke before you the string would pull your arm and wake you had she craweled away. And when Paiton was very sick with RSV she would only do the breathing treatment if you held her. So many Christmases so many Birthdays and Thanksgivings. I remember how you were there for me on my wedding day and the day we said goodbye to my father. You were a wonderful man my kids still called you papa Ray. They loved you so much. I wish so much I could have said goodbye to you. I guess there only one thing I can say take care up there tell my daddy and granny I love and miss them deeply. They will show you around I am sure. I bet my daddy already has a cold beer waiting for you. Until I see you again take care up there Sugar Sugar!
To the man that was the best cook I ever knew, the uncle with the most sweetest and goofy smile, and the man that had the exact same hand writing as me (I have no idea how that happened!) I love you dearly and will miss you so much. Cora is sending you kisses from her purple Unicorn telling you to "feel better Uncle". We love you.
