Richard was a valuable Member of Our Assembly and we have missed him ever since he moved to TN. He served our Council and Assembly in several Officer Positions and was The Honor Guard commander in the past.
He worked and exemplified the degrees of our Order in:

Richard was such a kind and polite man. Unfortunately, I didn’t know him before his dementia. He was highly active and loved walking around our neighborhood's streets. Once, we were driving from their house to mine. I challenged him to run to my house to see if he could get there before we could. He took the challenge and ran to the end of the block near my home. As I was driving the speed limit, he actually beat us there. Pretty awesome. Great guy!
