His kind and gentle spirit will be missed.
We sure miss Robert Johnson in the way he was able to help in gospel meetings when he was here in Alabama. He was here at Fosters this year for our convention and he will be greatly missed by all.
Robert and my mother, Grace Woods Linderman were classmates through high school. He became a special friend when he embraced the same belief and dedicated his life joyfully to the ministry. He made an impact on so many in his school, his service to his country and his service to God. He is at rest now, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Robert was part of my experience soon after professing in '82. He seemed to sense I had a struggle about the work and was a comfort to me at Brownstown IL, he has been a friend ever since. A true brother.
Robert was a dear servant and special brother to all us hear in the Bluegrass Kentucky area. He will be missed, but his race was run victoriously.
We were on the same staff in IL. We have pleasant memories of Robert. I am very happy since coming to MS, our paths have crossed again recently!! He left a very good Testimony of the Christ life and influenced many in his lifetime. A very good way to leave this world and being ready each day for the call home!! Thinking of you with many others feeling the loss!! Ruth Warner
