Ron was one of the kindest guys at school , always saying Hi to all of us, and making your day with his wonderful smile. So glad to have had him in my life. Rest in peace our friend.
It was great being a classmate of Ron. As the basketball statistician I had the privilege attending all of the varsity basketball games and enjoyed watching him and his team mates represent Maplewood High. He was a natural basketball player and was fun being around. While he played at Memphis State Danny Frazier and myself would yell for Ron during his playing time there. I will be praying for his family who is going to miss him but I know they will have many good memories and thoughts of Ron. Ernest Startup
