I worked under Jack's supervision for three years (70-73) when we worked for William L Tune CPA's. Jack was the best practical accountant I have even met. I learned more in that three years from Jack than at any other time in my life. Jack audited the books of Hardaway Construction for many years and was a trusted adviser to the owners. He was also a kind and humble man and a great example to me. Yes, we called Theron "Jack" back in those days. The only reason I knew his real name was not Jack was his initials on his accounting work papers of "TSH". He old me what the T stood for but I never knew what the S was for. Rest in Peace!
